The gardens are beautiful and the staff is exceptionally attentive, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. the check-in process was lengthy and could benefit from improvement. while the dining options are varied, the creativity and taste of the food could be enhanced considering the expectations for this price range.

Amazing pool, stunning gardens, with incredibly friendly staff who provided excellent service during my stay and ensured my family felt welcome throughout our time at the hotel, which is conveniently located just 10 km from Menara Airport.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, valet parking, and a beautiful spa & wellness center. The staff was incredibly helpful during my first stay, providing great town information. I’ll definitely return for a weekend!

The gardens are stunning, and we enjoyed delicious meals with fresh produce from the owner's organic farm. Our corner suite was spacious and perfect for our three grandchildren. the kids especially loved the heated pool and the chance to explore nearby attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, breakfast options should be more varied.

I had a lovely four-night visit where I enjoyed the beautifully designed gardens and exceptional breakfast offerings, including freshly prepared dishes that really hit the spot. My room was quite spacious with a great view, accentuating the relaxing vibe of the resort. The staff at the pool and the restaurant by the pool provided excellent service, enhancing our experience. I think the indoor pool area could use a little more maintenance.
